Outsourcing de Servicio Doméstico

Bajo esta modalidad nuestra compañía obra como empleador directo de las trabajadoras que prestan el servicio doméstico y por tanto la interacción del cliente con las empleadas estará circunscrita en aquellos requerimientos necesarios para una adecuada y oportuna prestación del servicio. De igual manera el outsourcing incluirá todos los procesos del ciclo laboral mencionados en la modalidad de administación permanente. La diferencia en este caso radica en que la empresa asume todos los derechos, riesgos y responsabilidades inherentes a la función del empleador.  El servicio por dìas se prestarà de manera ininterrumpida. 

* Este servicio sólo aplica para clientes donde el outsourcing sea realizable porque se garantice independencia y autonomía en la prestación del servicio.
